Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluations

Primary care may include routine wellness visits, preventive screenings, and management of chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, COPD, kidney disease, and heart disease. Having medical and behavioral health providers in the same location helps support better communication, coordinated treatment, and a more convenient healthcare experience.

Addiction Treatment
At Revive, we understand that recovery is personal and that substance use can affect every area of life. We provide compassionate, evidence-based care in a respectful, judgment-free environment, beginning with an individualized assessment of your needs, experiences, strengths, and recovery goals.
Treatment may include substance use counseling, recovery-focused psychotherapy, psychiatric care, medication management, relapse-prevention planning, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) when clinically appropriate. We also address co-occurring mental health needs to support lasting recovery and overall well-being.

Revive Integrated Care offers convenient on-site laboratory testing to support timely assessment, treatment, and ongoing monitoring. Having testing available within our practice helps reduce unnecessary trips to outside facilities and allows our providers to incorporate results into your care as efficiently as possible.
